The primary focus of this release was to complete the rough draft of all Hook functions.

TL;DR The docs are prettier than they were before.

This release primarily focused on getting the JSDoc template converted to using a customized highlight.js instead of prettify.js. In making the necessary changes, a lot of overall website template and CSS changes were made as well.
