I'm not sure that you will be interested in my contribution, but I have to suggest it - the new functionality may be interesting for some people looking for an HA backend for their DHCP leases.
I've added a plugin (heavily inspired by range plugin) that loads and stores leases from Consul KV storage. This may be helpful in case of a "clustered" DHCP setup, where storing the single sqlite file may be a problem from a high availability perspective. You can easily change Coredhcp servers, and your data will be s 8000 tored with good availability guarantees.
Please let me know if this idea works for you, and I'll follow up with further instructions.
