What does this PR do?
Adds the access token to more moderation links if the admin has the feature enabled.
What changes to the GraphQL/Database Schema does this PR introduce?
None.
How do I test this PR?
With SSO enabled on the admin, view the stream and try to click the carrot to jump to the moderation view, see that it does with the access token!
