What is the current behaviour?
Comtrya does not currently have the ability to run a chown in conjunction with a
file.downloadaction.If the current behavior is a bug, please provide the steps to reproduce and if possible a minimal demo of the problem

Optional ability to have a chown run on a
file.downloadaction if an user owner and user group is specified on unix systems.What is the motivation / use case for changing the behavior?
