Another one that requires upgrading flutter, which is blocked by flutter/flutter#165200.

Relevant build log excerpt (minus timestamps):

ERR : The current Dart SDK version is 3.6.1.
 |
 | Because flutter_lints 6.0.0 requires SDK version ^3.8.0 and no versions of flutter_lints match >6.0.0 <7.0.0, flutter_lints ^6.0.0 is forbidden.
 | So, because multipass_gui depends on flutter_lints ^6.0.0, version solving failed.
