Simple CSV management designed for Ceticilia's MERI.

Build

cd path/to/meridb
make

Usage

Currently, the only feature provided by this software is exporting CSV files containing citizen information as Helios-compatible voter information files.

cd build
./meridb [infile] [outfile]
