Fixing a bug with MongoMapPartition's equality check

This release is the same as the previous one with some changes to the pom for uploading to Maven Central and JCenter.

This contains the latest bit of code that works. You can use it to create MongoDB backed RDDs to act as a starting point for your Spark code.
