Looks much better, no transitions now, completely configurable in all gardens
Easily configurable for custom gardens using ".json" files, no code required

-Fixed glitched animations on the new animals
-Fixed customization menu exit transition
-Added Scrolling on Transporter menu, if there are more menus added
-Added "Miscellaneous: Drowning Prevention" option, this was enabled by default previously

Optimized PaletteFix heavily

Rewritten Custom Animal Part system, it now uses the SA2B Animal Part slots, with an autoconversion system on first chao spawn
