v1 of this action produces several deprecation warnings, which should hopefully be fixed in the most recent version.

Motivation and context
v1 of this action produces several deprecation warnings, which should hopefully be fixed in the most recent version. I don't think v2 has any problems, but I might as well bump it.

How has this been tested?
I can't test this easily, because the affected pipelines all push Docker images to the production Docker Hub repositories. I'll monitor nightly builds after this is merged to make sure nothing is broken.
