Apparently black got updated on CICD in a way that makes it complain. https://github.com/michaeljones/breathe/runs/4994259292?check_suite_focus=true

The black installed from Debian testing repositories says everything is ok, so unfortunately it's not easy to fix for me. As I want to make a release for actions/toolkit#774 and black seems a bit unstable with its updates I'll mark it so that jobs continue to run even if black fails.

Edit; I have 21.10b0, not sure what CICD has.

Unfortunately GitHub currently does not have a GitLab-style "allow failure" option that causes a job to pass with warnings (yellow), there is only pass (green) and fail (red). actions/runner#2347
