No, but "ubuntu:latest" will change to trusty, where "ubuntu:12.04" will not change.

I mean 'FROM: ubuntu' will download all ubuntu releases, but with 12.04 will download precise only.

Yeah, that's a Docker bug, IMO. :) (and I'd definitely +1 a PR to fix it to only pull "ubuntu:latest")
