Adds support for Blossom BUD-04. Currently working with Primal (other than
iOS) added to Khatru.
Changes /HEAD {SHA256} to return content length and type to play well with
blossom.band

I don't see any change to the khatru dependency here, its still using khatru v0.18.0 instead of the latest in main (untagged, fiatjaf/khatru@1ab44ab). |

You are right. Jumped the gun. I used the untaged version locally forgot about it and didn't update Khatru for real hehehe. I'll wait for @fiatjaf to cut a new Khatru release before committing to the main repo (as is, it works with the web version but not Android). |
