All man pages, except backintime-config.1, converted from Groff into AsciiDoc as the base format. This will ease the editors pain I hope. The content of the man pages was not modified, there is much more work to do.
The man page backintime-config.1, as an exception, is untouched. It is auto-generated form config.py. See pending PR #1923 scheduled for 2nd release from now.
