Tools for the Cactus genome alignment program. Developed by Benedict Paten and Ngan Nguyen at UCSC. Installation instructions: (1) Install Cactus (2) Add the directory containing cactusTools to your python path. (3) Edit the include.mk file to point to the location of cactus and type 'make all' (4) Put the bin directory on your path. (5) Type 'make test' to test the tools suite
