The Baryshnikova Lab develops and applies computational methods to extract biological insights from extensive genomic datasets. We are particularly interested in the complex interplay between genotypes and phenotypes in both model organisms an humans. We prioritize generating mechanistic hypotheses over statistical associations and actively collaborate to experimentally validate our findings.
