工具的版本升级，因原项目在编译和使用上较为复杂，不便使用与传播，本次升级极大提升该工具的易用性：

  1. 增加Python的一键安装与调用
  2. 重构C++调用代码，简化编译流程
  3. 增加Java和Android的支持与调用
  4. 优化模型参数与性能，增强实用性
