  • Updated NWB functions to call ciapkg.api and added additional NWB functions to ciapkg.api.
  • Moved loadNeurodataWithoutBorders and saveNeurodataWithoutBorders to ciapkg.nwb.

- `ciapkg.loadBatchFxns` - Improved handling of external programs both in adding and removing from path. Additional support for removing specific packages that are not always needed.
- `modelExtractSignalsFromMovie` - updated EXTRACT support.
