figure distributed execution of checksumming task. Presumes quiescent database. Reads by 'shard' and then inside a shard in 'chunks'. Does 'parallelism' by shard putting up N futures constrained by FlowLock. Checksum is done per shard and then all checksums are XOR'd together so we can proceed even when shards complete out of order. Checksumming code is under fdbclient and command-line/main is in fdbcli.

Used checking small-scale bulkload/dump. Draft.
(For production scale, we'll need another approach, a distributed compute that we can set running a checksum task on).
