The new launcher to replace the old Windows installer, and to act as an easy way to manage ALVR versions.

Current features include:

  • Installing stable/nightly versions
    • AppImages and binary bundles on Linux
    • Binary bundles on Windows
  • Installing client APK for an installed ALVR version
    • Automatically downloads ADB if not present

- Moved theme from dashboard to alvr_gui_common to be shared with the launcher

Love this! Currently have some jq magic for parsing the appimage and apk out of the currently nightly releases. A nice GUI for this sounds great.

There are quite a few things to change but I'd prefer to merge first. So we just need the macos build to be fixed and then I'll merge
