  1. React 版本升级到 v19

    • 主要是 useRef 的 type 类型更新
    • 本地 react & react-dom 版本升级到 v19
    • 对等依赖 peerDependencies 更新，同时兼容 v16 v 8000 17 v18 v19
    • 其它语法向下兼容，无 breaking change

  2. React-Router 兼容 v7

    • 对等依赖 peerDependencies 更新，同时兼容 v5 v6 v7
