Fixing tc-image auto-remove: now sidekick tc-image container removed after netem command is completed (solved by updating Docker API version)
Pull public tc-image Docker image if not exists locally. This is default behaviour, that can be disabled with
pull-image=falseflag fornetemsub-command.Also migrated from
deptogo 1.11modules and this forced to usegccwhen runninggo test -racetoo.
