This PR splits out the deployment script for AKS infrastructure from the script for creating the Kubernetes infrastructure.

It currently uses two additional configuration fields:

  • k8s_env, which tells it whether the deployment target is AKS or DAWN
  • k8s_context, which tells it the name of the local kubeconfig context with the relevant credentials for the cluster

It requires the user to configure their local kubeconfig appropriately.

Some more specific changes noted here:

  • modified Longhorn configuration to tolerate the GPU node and allow it to place volumes there
  • moved Konnectivity-agent related policies out of individual resource policies and into the AKS-specific policy
