@dvonanderson this seems to work. I'm going to wait to merge it until the following are released:

@dvonanderson & @hmaier-fws mdTranslator v2.21.0-beta.2 has been published and deployed.
It looks like this branch needs another upgrade to the schema, to 2.10.2 instead of 2.10.1.
Once the schema is upgraded again, this PR should be ready for final testing against https://dev-mdtranslator.mdeditor.org/ and then good to merge.
