This repository introduces a compact library designed for streaming raw H265 video files via an RTSP server. It builds upon two key foundations:
- MICRO-RTSP Library: Originally limited to mjpeg formats, this library serves as a base.
- RTP-H265-H264 Repository: An earlier project (available at RTP-H265-H264) focused on streaming unencapsulated H.264/AVC and HEVC/H.265 files over RTP protocols.

To view the video independently, use ffplay:
- Command: $
ffplay sample_960x540.hevc
- Command: $

Navigate to the 'main' directory, execute make, and then run the generated ./testserver:
- This action initiates the RTSP server, which then awaits client connections.
- To stream the video, use the following command:
- over UDP:
ffplay rtsp://127.0.0.1:554/live/1 - over TCP :
ffplay -rtsp_transport tcp rtsp://127.0.0.1:554/live/1
