To run the project, run: python3 GUI.py

If you run the script directly, you will need to install libraries manually: pip3 install pillow opencv-python matplotlib scipy pillow numpy

To avoid that, please install using the standalone installer, which has everything packaged in one place.

Note: always run pixelview as admin from startmenu (needed to have permission to open images)
