Hello @hermanntoast, great works on this PR, However it support only Debian based distribution (dpkg) to get the installed package. We should support the most popular. |

We are using openrport on all of our server. For our patch management, we need to know which software and which version of the software is running on the system. We feel free to include this and a (docker) container inventory to openrport and want to give this back to the community.
Thanks to my boss that I could do this :)
I am open to ideas and suggestions for improvement.
If support is needed in the further development of openrport, I would be happy to help.
