This PR optimizes the deploy and destroy commands by:

  1. Enabling remote execution in the Okteto manifest
  2. Ignoring all files during deploy and destroy commands using the .oktetoignore file
  3. Fixing the build args format in the Okteto manifest

These changes will make the deploy and destroy commands faster and more efficient.
