I'm a Master's student in Biotechnology/Bioengineering at Ege University, specializing in bioinformatics. My research focuses on investigating immunological approaches for cancer treatment, processing large datasets to unravel the molecular mechanisms behind cancer, discovering new biomarkers, and developing individualized treatment strategies—all aimed at improving patients’ quality of life.
I'm also a proud member of the BMGLab at Ege University, where we work on cutting-edge projects in bioinformatics and computational biology.
I developed an interactive Shiny application, CellMap, to visualize and analyze cellular data.
Explore the application here: CellMap
I'm open to collaboration and opportunities in bioinformatics development projects.
Feel free to reach out if you’re interested in discussing bioinformatics, computational biology, or innovative approaches in cancer research!
