Settings/Preferences > Plugins > Marketplace > Search for "WicketForge" > Install Plugin

Download the latest release and install it manually using Settings/Preferences > Plugins > ⚙️ > Install plugin from disk...
Plugin based on the IntelliJ Platform Plugin Template.
