  • Refactored the Scheduler class in scheduler.js to correctly handle missed executions. This problem occurred on a very busy cron table.
  • Updated the node-cron-test.js and scheduler-test.js files in the test directory to simulate missed executions by waiting until the next second before starting execution.

This commit improves the handling of missed executions in the scheduler.

This will fix issue #390

- Refactored the `Scheduler` class in `scheduler.js` to correctly handle missed executions. This problem occurred on a very busy cron table.
- Updated the `node-cron-test.js` and `scheduler-test.js` files in the `test` directory to simulate missed executions by waiting until the next second before starting execution.

This commit improves the handling of missed executions in the scheduler.
