Hi there,
Thanks for such a great toolkit! Is there a way to stop wgs2ncbi from autogenerating the locus tags for the annotation? I have all my original locus tags with the appropriate prefix that I've been using for other analyses, and would like to keep them consistent. Thanks so much!

Hi Annabel,
Thanks for reporting this, I will look into it. The only possible objection
I can see is the potential for accidental name clashes between previously
assigned and newly generated IDs, so I'd need to check how to prevent that.
Best wishes,
Rutger
