Description

This PR updates the Circle CI orb and image for Python.

If this is accepted here, I will open a PR to update the napari/napari repo as well.

The good thing is that it seems to be failing at the same place.

I dunno, merged main and it's fine now. 🥶
Maybe something something napari changes? constraints? and rerunning CI fixed it?

In my experience (and I'm sure we've seen this before in CI) these errors are kind of race conditions, and are randomly happening. At least locally that's what I see, maybe 2 builds fail and the next just works 🤷🏻
