The RPC method state_traceBlock replays the block without proof recording, that introduce a mismatch in the storage root (and the intermediate storage root in the Frontier digest item).

This PR update our polkadot SDK fork to include moonbeam-foundation/polkadot-sdk#20 and add a test to make sure that state_traceBlock succeed.
