About me

  • 👋 Hello, I am Mingkee and a scientist in computational biology.
  • 🧪 I have over 10 years of experience in genomics, 6 years in molecular biology and 5 years in computational biology.
  • 🔍 I am interested in cancer genomics, transcriptomics and multi-omics data analyses to find biological answers that will make one step closer to curing cancer.
  • 👀 My current work centers on single-cell and spatial transcriptomics analysis of pediatric cancer immuno-therapy by leveraging advanced bioinformatics tools and machine-learning algorithms.
  • 🧬 I started my career as a plant biologist where I studied plant-environment interactions to fight climate change.
