In the IT industry, he feels at home. His passion is dedicated to Cloud-Native technologies and topics related to leadership and science. In his current role as a Delivery Teamlead, he and his Kanban-Team are responsible for software testing. In addition to test automation, he is developing a concept for implementing a complete continuous deployment approach. To ensure the optimal success of these initiatives, he consistently endeavors to broaden his technical horizons. Beyond technical matters, he takes a keen interest in lean & agile principles and how these can be best applied in leadership culture, aiming to foster self-organized and high-performing teams.
