We are working to remove
$prefix for global directives step by step. This PR will remove dollar prefix plugin for obsoleted syntax.Marp CLI already has ended supporting
$prefix, so it would only affect to Marp for VS Code. It has already shown warning, and we are going to change warning level to error (marp-team/marp-vscode#90).
