replace sketchy usage of `key=` with ignore_timeslot boolean that ignores the timeslot for both the name-based dedupe and id-based dedupe to ensure consistency for codeplugs that require unique ID and names (like 868 csv)
some parsers ignore leading and trailing whitespace so we can't rely on it to generate a unique name
