Update the pinned version of Poetry to match MXCuBE-Core. Remove the automatic generation of `requirements.txt`. While this mostly worked, it did add some annoying paper cuts. GitHub: close mxcube#1526 GitHub: close mxcube/mxcubecore#1219 GitHub: close mxcube/mxcubecore#1108
