Resolves: #28141

  • I signed the CLA

@bkunda It would be great if you could test this; specifically how scrolling feels, with different kinds of mice. You can use these builds: https://github.com/musescore/MuseScore/actions/runs/15269560533
(they are Qt 6.9 builds, so have some issues, but it's just about scrolling)
