If you wish to use the startpage as is presented at virtuo1.github.io/minimal-home/, then simply change your startpage to https://virtuo1.github.io/Minimal-Home/ in your browser settings.
Currently if you want to customize, you'll have to fork this repository. From there on you can edit it to your liking.
If you're looking to change the content and/or the look of the page, then index.html and css/style.css respectively are most important files to keep in mind.
