4See runs in R (>=3.2), and requires the following packages to be installed:
- tcltk2
- tkrplot
- limma
- caTools
- rtracklayer

Download the script, 4See.r

Open an R environment, making sure the working directory is where the script is located

Run:
source("4See.r") -
Graphical windows should then load up, and you are good to go!
