4See - A flexible browser to visualize 4C data

Getting Started

4See runs in R (>=3.2), and requires the following packages to be installed:

  • tcltk2
  • tkrplot
  • limma
  • caTools
  • rtracklayer
  1. Download the script, 4See.r

  2. Open an R environment, making sure the working directory is where the script is located

  3. Run: source("4See.r")

  4. Graphical windows should then load up, and you are good to go!

A full manual to using 4See is found in the file 4See_manual.pdf
