That's helpful! Good idea to print out the st2 auth creds for dev env 👍
A only thing that needs an adjustment is the proper Changelog format. Please check the other examples. It should include PR # number as well as type of the change like (enhancement), (new feature), (bug fix), etc.

This PR prints out the default creds right before completing the
tools/launch_dev.shscript and adds a FAQ to the dev docs/Troubleshooting_Guide.rst
