This PR updates the Dockerfile’s boolean flag checks so that --use-grouping and --disable-toploc-invalidation are only emitted when the corresponding environment variables are explicitly set to "true".
- Changed non-empty checks (
! -z) to explicit equality checks for two boolean flags.
