Pull Request Overview

This PR updates the CDC flow to better handle table additions by introducing a dedicated selector for "AddTables" and handling flow state change signals (termination, resync, and pause) during table additions.

  • Introduces a new signal selector for processing table addition flow-state changes
  • Incorporates asynchronous monitoring of a child workflow’s future via the selector
  • Adjusts the resync behavior to append additional tables and update configuration accordingly
