Magic Arrow
The Magic Arrow allows the wearer to continue flight for Mana.
For one second of Flight 90 Mana must be expended, meaning if the player has a maximum of 200 Mana the flight can be extended for 2.22 seconds
If the Player runs out of Mana and has the Mana Flower (or similiar), a Mana recovery Potion is consumed automatically. If the player has the Mana Sickness debuff no Potion is consumed.
The Magic Arrow can be obtained by Fishing in Hardmode.
The Magic Arrow can be caught in any Biome and Liquid as a rare drop. The chance increases with the Fishing Power.
Here are the chances per tier from the terraria wiki. The maximum chance to catch a rare drop is ~26%.
The chance to get the Magic Arrow is 1 in 100 if the drop is rare, so the chance to get one is ~0.026%.
But if the drop is very rare or extremely rare there can be no drop. So the chance is even lower than that.
To get the Magic Arrow the optimal Fishing Power is 220 to 250.
