Adds the scared animation to ghost battles

Based on Luna's addition for pokegold-retro
BUGS: Crashes when attempting to catch
Ghost front pic does not display
Crashes when exiting back out of the back
BUG: Sprite now displays, but with tiles out of the proper order;
BUG: Ghost sprite animates despite being a ghost;
BUG: Pokemon's cry plays when it shouldn't;
BUG: Crashes no longer occur, however screen flashes white briefly when returning to battle after selecting Poke Ball or exiting out of Bag...
TODO: Have an animation for the Ghost sprite
TODO: Have an animation for "Too scared to move"
Don't show level or caught status when fighting a Ghost.
Gastly's cry will always play when fighting a Ghost opponent instead of their actual cry (undecided, this or no cry)
Also hides initial Player's team HUD upon battle initialisation
Prepped Ghost Maps list for final version
Also included a ghost_anim.png for future use
