- Split the project into four modules (common, admin, sync-script, and dev-local-server)
- Add admin application for converting mod info from other launchers
- Introduce themes and theme modes
- Implement different dialogs for checking if the user trusts the source, and setting up preferences
- Add Proguard for minimizing the JAR with run tasks and configurations
- Update the project name to Kraft Sync
- Update README.md and other markdown files for documentation
- Add a few unit tests
