BD-X) BfdHoldTime:
    Hold time value used for the BfdHoldTimer. The default value for this
    attribute is 30 seconds and is user configurable.
TBD-X) BfdHoldTimer:
    Hold timer used when the BGP HoldTime has been negotiated to zero to
    ensure the BGP session terminates if the associated BFD session does
    not enter the Up state.
