The module includes a modified version of the Encouraging Words skill feat intended to be used without the Stamina variant as part of the Marshal archetype, as well as the required effects and actions to make it work.
To use the module, simply browse to the Compendia tab, navigate to the Encouraging Words Remake compendium, and drag the modified feat on the character sheet.
