Initial starting point of ctsm5.4.0 dataset updates This just updates the rawdata files pointed to for mksurfdata_esmf to use. Currently these are NOT the final directories as they need to be moved to under inputdata. And we need to remove the explicit use of /glade NSF-NCAR HPC directories as well.
Add calculations for GSSUN and GSSHA at night in both subroutine Phot… …osynthesis and PhotosynthesisHydraulicStress GSSUN (gs_mol_sun) and GSSHA (gs_mol_sha) were not being calculated at nighttime in both subroutine Photosynthesis (use_hydrstress = .false.) and PhotosynthesisHydraulicStress (use_hydrstress = .true.), resulting in "striping" in these fields in history file averages. This fixes that.
